Are You A Worrier Or A Warrior?

Are You A Worrier Or A Warrior? [Marcin Rzucidlo / Life Puzzle Coach]

Sometimes, I find it difficult to sleep.

Mental capacity of our species is a blessing. But can become a curse at times.

When muddy thoughts flood my brain, swirling me away from my peaceful shore.

Then I must call myself to order.

Who am I really?

Am I a worrier or am I a warrior?

I cannot be both. Only one can win.

Fear versus faith?

Doubt versus trust?

Apathy versus action?

How you can become a warrior.

Warrior has a winning mindset.

Mindset is what you think and what you focus on. If you focus on problems, you will have more of them. If you focus on solutions you will start to find them. Mindset is also what you think about yourself. It is your identity. Your true self.

Warriors focus on actionable options leading to results. And Warriors trust themselves to make the things go right.

  • If you were to describe yourself at your winning best, what personal qualities would you list?

Warrior has a winning vision.

Vision is what you want. This is your destination. And this is your motivation.

Warriors have a wide and sharp vision. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Even if there are limits to what they do today, there are no limits to what they will tomorrow.

  • If everything was possible, what would you want to be, do and have?

Warrior has winning habits.

Habits is what you do. Habits (your behaviors) is your way to make things happen. Habits is the way you communicate with the world. Your world does not see what you think, but it sees what you do.

Warriors practice everyday habits that make huge positive difference in the future. You can tell a warrior by the way (s)he acts.

  • If you watched someone practice all your habits, what would you say about this person?

Warrior has winning skills.

Skills is how you do things. How good you are at something.

Warriors keep on learning. Warriors keep on training. They hone their skills at backstage to use them once in fight.

  • What do you know that you don’t know how to do it better?

These are four quality questions to start with to become a warrior.

  • If you were to describe yourself at your winning best, what personal qualities would you list?
  • If everything was possible, what would you want to be, do and have?
  • If you watched someone practice all your habits, what would you say about this person?
  • What do you know that you don’t know how to do it better?

I believe that quality questions lead to quality answers.

Quality answers lead to quality decisions.

Quality decisions lead to quality actions.

And quality actions lead to quality results.

Are you a Worrier or a Warrior?

That’s also a good, quality question.

Make a fabulous day 🙂
