You receive feedback every day. You can see, hear and feel if what you do reaches other people and what reactions it brings.
One time it is positive, which certainly brings you joy. Another time it is negative, which can lead to frustration and anger.
However, the very feedback is just a start. The point is what you will do with what you learn.
There’s something that you should do more of and something that you should do less of.
But you should (or I should rather say must) DO.
Feedback is not about information. It is about transformation.
Once you get feed-back you need to feed-it-forward.
It is valuable only if it leads to change in what you think and what you do. Change for the better. So that you can serve others better. And you can feel about it better.
“Feedback is a gift.” Provided that you unpack it and do something with it.
