It’s been already two months since I wrote What A Good Coach Will Do For You.
As recap, after Micheal Burt, I wrote:
- A good coach will have conversations you do not want to have, but you need to have.
- A good coach will force you to do things you do not want to do, but you need to do.
- A good coach will help you become someone you did not think you could become.
As such, being your Life Puzzle Coach, I believe it is high time I challenged you on one thing.
How serious are you about your…?
If I asked you how important are:
- your health?
- your emotions?
- your family and friends?
- your productivity?
- your work?
- your finance?
- your personal growth?
… most probably you would say they are very important. They are your priorities.
Then, what exactly do you do to grow and improve them?
Do you only say you care or do you really practice your care?
Sometimes, there is a huge difference between what people say and what they do. Did you notice that?
And probably you dislike those who show this type of discrepancy. And you ask yourself: “Are they serious?”
So, how serious are you?
There’s one thing you can do to prove to yourself that you not only talk about the most important areas of your life, but you actually walk this talk.
My Coffee Cup Coaching will tell.
