One Good Reason To Mind What You Say

One Good Reason To Mind What You Say [Marcin Rzucidlo / Life Puzzle Coach]

Probably many people have been telling you to mind what you say to others.

Because someone may hear it and misinterpret it.

Has anyone told you to mind what you say to yourself?

Because you may hear it and misinterpret it yourself.

  • “I am bad at something.” versus “I am good at something.”
  • “I am dumb.” versus “I am smart.”
  • “I can’t do it.” versus “I can do it.”
  • “It’s too much for me.” versus “I am more than that.”

I heard once that our stomach is wiser than our brain.

Because when something bad for you lands in your stomach, it gets expelled.

On the other hand, your brain can mindlessly [sic] absorb whatever it hears.

From others (parents, teachers, bosses). But also from yourself.

So, pay special attention to what you feed your brain with.

To what you think and what you say to yourself.

Make a fabulous day 🙂
