Who is responsible? (My Personal Affirmation)

Who is responsible? (Have My Personal Affirmation) [Marcin Rzucidlo / Life Puzzle Coach]

I strongly believe in those two things:

First, you are fully responsible for your thoughts and your actions.

No one else is. If you say there are other people making decision for you, it only means that you let them (ir)responsibly do that. So, if you are not happy with the results, complain to yourself. And change.

Second, you can change what you think (thus what you do) by working with your conscious and subconscious mind.

It is your subconscious mind that makes great majority of your daily decisions. Some of them work for you. Some of them work against you. Because you let them do it.

But, if you know how to program or reprogram your subconscious mind with right messages, it will autopilot you to the right destination.

And the tool you can use for that are affirmations.

An affirmation is a statement that you repeat over and over again with high level of emotional engagement. You cast it on your conscious mind from where it permeates to your subconscious one.

If you repeat it long enough and strong enough, your subconscious mind will take it as true and will act accordingly. As it does with all the things it has heard so far from your parents, teachers, colleagues, politicians … and yourself.

If there’s anything you want to change, first step you might want to take is to heal its roots down in your subconscious mind. Your hardware will not operate correctly without good software. Affirmations are one of solutions to fix your mind bugs.

Here is my affirmation that relates to taking full responsibility for my thoughts and my actions. Use it freely if you think it can help you.

I take full responsibility for everything that happened to me in the past. I will not blame anyone else for that. These were my choices, right or wrong as they could be, that shaped me and my present day.

And even if I am not happy with where I am today, I prefer to accept responsibility for it. Because it means that it was me – and no one else – who shaped my past. So it is also me – and no one else – who will shape my future.

You are the person in the driver’s seat.

Make a fabulous day 🙂
